In the U.S. we have food trucks that are primarily doughnuts. Is this not a thing in the U.K.? I think there might even be one in NYC that is focused on cider donuts.

Food vans of various sorts seemed to be the latest hipster Thing a year or so ago. I recall at least one 'food truck festival' in Eindhoven, but I'm not aware if any of them did doughnuts.
I know the ice cream vans in Parc cinquentennaire in Brussels also did/do hot waffles, though.

We used to get food trucks come to offices, some had bad cakes however I do remember donuts as well .

Our old office food van had nothing more than soggy sandwiches, crisps and chocolate bars. It was a sad affair.
A donut van would have done much better business!

Yes I'm serious - including the cider part, which are very popular in New York State because it is a big apple growing region. I think they sell other things like coffee and maybe a few other types of desserts, but they are, for the most part, doughnut trucks.
