Newt for me walking the dog listening to the dawn chorus for the first time since I retired last year - was only up that early as had to go and collect grandson so mum and dad could go to the hospital as mum was well and truly in labour....

That is exciting MM!

I'm doing a jigsaw. I've not done one for a while. It's fun :)

I was determined to pick someone actually jingling that newt, ie DOING something new... but I can't resist Mrs Jigs first 2022 sighting of the hedgehog.

There's some doing involved anyway:
'.. And Jigs has just reconfigured the access to keep unwanted cats out, I had been placing a brick inside but noticed the hog struggled to climb over it last night.'

So Mrs Jigs (Luverlylegs) is my winner for today.

Wow that was quick a newt baby boy has arrived - not many details as yet apart from about 9lbs and baby all well. Delivery was very quick and I think mum is a bit rough but waiting for info. That makes 5 grandsons now 😁

Congratulations MM, lovely news. "A bit quick and 9lb" I would expect mum to feel a bit rough 😀
Grandsons are the best, my mum has 5 too.

About This Thread

Maintained by Sharkie
Most of you know the score. Much in the bizarre way Easter has come to mean Chocolate, Lent is mainly thought of as an opportunity to Give Up Chocolate. At least until Easter. You know what I mean, 'What are you giving up for Lent?' * I say NO to this. Away with the hair shirts and the deprivation. Let's embrace change and the NEW. Spring is a time of renewal - and restoration.

Soooooo..... you don't have to take up indoor sky diving like my partner's 90 year old mot...
