There was a badge? Is the badge just for signing up or the notes?

I did some outside painting this week for the first time this year, whilst listening to a podcast I'd never heard before called Summer In Argyll. Nice.

Another London newt- went into the Royal Opera House for the first time. Unfortunately we couldn't see the auditorium because of rehearsals, but we had a wander round the foyer/ restaurant areas and that amazing glass room, and had a good nosey at the costume notes for Swan Lake and Sleeping Beauty. What a building!

Struggling with a proper newt today for the first time since we started jingling. But I went to the supermarket earlier and I bought some samosa type things that I have never bought before, from the deli counter. They were reduced to 22p each which was the main reason for buying them and we will have them for lunch tomorrow!

About This Thread

Maintained by Sharkie
Most of you know the score. Much in the bizarre way Easter has come to mean Chocolate, Lent is mainly thought of as an opportunity to Give Up Chocolate. At least until Easter. You know what I mean, 'What are you giving up for Lent?' * I say NO to this. Away with the hair shirts and the deprivation. Let's embrace change and the NEW. Spring is a time of renewal - and restoration.

Soooooo..... you don't have to take up indoor sky diving like my partner's 90 year old mot...
