I didn't see the Fruit Salad lollies otherwise I would have bought them.
And Sharkie's post reminded me. I saw a parakeet in the garden this morning. I have seen them in the park, but never in the garden.

I have just come back from a Newt bike ride.
First proper MTB ride since last May! Also, I stopped for a coffee halfway, at my friend who.lives just off the drovers road.
I am in a bubble with him but he has been in Lausanne since last October...
Sadly he is selling his house, so not much time left to enjoy his company...
But: sunshine, mud, suspension used, coffee break, with a friend. All newts.
Blossom budding everywhere, but not much actually out yet.

My newt for today is receiving a hand-written letter from my friend in Ireland. Sadly it contained only bad news on bad news, which is presumably why it took her so long to write it. Normally we swap letters at Christmas and on birthdays but I just had a card with her name for both this year. I did wonder... Still sort of nice to receive a letter though.

I’m not sure about Black Jack lollies. Although I do like Black Jacks. It’s something about the idea of them cold.

I'm pretty sure you wouldn't like them Maz. Probably best not to even try and end up wasting your money. In fact I'm fairly sure nobody else on this thread who is yet to try them should do so..... you won't like them, they'll make you feel sick and then you'll just wish you'd never bought them in the first place........
