Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

My newt today was that I spoke to someone I hadn't spoken to before while out on my run today - initially it was just randomly but when they replied and from the location I saw them at I realised that it was a lady who is one of our RDA riders and her mum from our adult rider group (I mainly work with the kids group hence not recognising her straight away). We had a nice chat about RDA because it's been about a year since our riders were last there. I really worry that when RDA groups are allowed to start again all our riders will have found other things to do or won't want to come back for some other reason so it was lovely to give a bit of encouragement today and say how much we are looking forward to starting again hopefully this year.

About This Thread

starblackheartstar The sixth running of Do a New Thing for Spring starblackheartstar

Lent has a special and specific meaning to Christians but has become an secular season of denial and hair shirting that serves no positve purpose. No chocolate, no booze, no -er - other stuff.

Why not treat the build up to Easter - as a chance to celebrate and embrace NEW THINGS - that's what spring is about after all.

The first few pages of the thread give more ideas.
