Been mulling these over - might have to blog as there are reasons for the choices to with associated memories or people, bit like the music versions of this.
Anyway, in no particular order: Casablanca Singing in the Rain The Adventures of Robin Hood Brazil Star Wars The Princess Bride The Shawshank Redemption The Philadelphia Story
I would probably dive into the waves to save Casablanca. Very tough to choose - lots of others I've considered!

I'm struggling with this, but these are seven that I would (and do) happily watch from whatever point I find them on the TV:
Apollo 13 Little Miss Sunshine Jaws Pulp Fiction In Bruges The Usual Suspects Fargo
If I had to save one it would be Little Miss Sunshine. I think. Today, anyway.
