Does that change your view at all? As much as i'm for Scotish independence , England does have a huge amount of water . Kielder in Northumberland alone holds 200billion litres of fresh water , never mind the lakes. The problem is (I'm lead to believe ) is water is very costly to transport in huge volumes.
