Sounds awesome, I love a spreadsheet and quality organisation. Nice work, Mr S.

Thank you. I do like a spreadsheet. Just remember, sunset is less important than the end of civil twilight which is the tune it really starts getting difficult to see. Unless the weather's bad in which case headtorches will probably be needed by about 2pm.

Name me one good reason to do the D99?

...Three reasons...
Firstly, because it's there.
Secondly, it's possibly a one-off.
Three, you'll regret not doing it.

OK, I'm with you on all those reasons - and good on you for entering David I hope it is a one-off.
But what about the pain!? I struggle with parkruns these days. Why can't I just shuffle up for my 10th D33 on the Saturday like most sane people? That'll be hard enough.
Why did Mrs Shanksi have to go and enter the D99? Why?

Sorry hon, but I entered the D99 because I think it'll be an adventure! Gina has also entered and we're sticking together as far as we can, hopefully for the whole 100. Ever since 2010 Loon Dod and MikeR spoke about a D99 and I can't believe all this time has passed and we're going to have the chance in March. Another reason to do it - flip is marshaling Scolty Hill! We also get a fun 15 mile loopy section after Ballater including Craigendarroch Hill. I would love it if you decide to do it but if you're in a lot of pain running any distance then I would say don't do it, but please come up and be part of it, it's Loon Dod's last one and it's going to be full of friends and fun.

And the last mile is round Duthie Park and that's where shanksi proposed to me 23 years ago so it holds a special place in my heart. How can I resist a race which finishes like that?

Oh no, no one told me flip will be there. No good can come of this. Minty it would be lovely to see you whatever you decide to do.

M1nty, you're way better at long stuff than me. Ignore the pain, just crack on
