Crash Hamster Aug 2015 10:35am, 21 Aug 2015 588 posts	0 Crash Hamster For all the talk of Mitchell Johnson, his series figures are nowt special (and he bowled precisely 2 good balls at Edgbaaston) and the rest of the Aussie attack hasn't been that much better. their batting has relied on the top three (hence lots of 'we've got one end open' remarks at two-down yesterday...) and they've not looked a cohesive unit. We've beaten them thanks to Joe Root and some excellent lower order runs from Moeen, plus having a bowler record excellent figures in each of the last four innings before this one. I think we also look a team.

Had both these teams lined up on the Aussie trampolines with a Kookaburra, then I'd still put money on the Aussies winning. The great sides get the away win in 'alien' conditions. I did hear a great idea that we should even it out by playing the Duke in Australia and the Kookaburra here.
