Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Great days play by YCCC at Birmingham yesterday, Ryan Sidebottom rolling back the years!!! And this despite so many of the team on Test duty. Just pleased Dizzy stayed :-)

More seriously.

I think Mitchell Johnson is their ace, the others are new, they are more likely to stuff up. I can now see Lyon getting smashed out of the ground. I can see Anderson doing well against their openers. I can see Broad winning a game. I can see Stokes, Buttler and Root scoring runs. However I can also see Lyth, Bell, Moeen, Rashid, Kopping it.

3-1, 2-1 to Australia.

Indeed, I've backed a series draw, 9-1, Buttler to be top runs scorer for england, 14-1 and Broad top wicket taker for england 11-4.

I've possibly lost my money :-)

We've won toss and will bat.

Anyone remember us at 2-4 (yes, 2 runs, 4 wickets down) vs South Africa?

WILL BAT...EVENTUALLY!!!

Grr, that makes me cross, 11:11 and not a ball bowled; if you're going to tit about, start it at 1035 and have it done by 1100!

Hasn't it been delayed due to rain... I'm pretty sure "they" don't have any control over the weather!

3rd ball from Starc, 87mph, bounces twice before it reaches the keeper. Depressing! Looks an awful pitch already.
