Always good to set records. Pity they’re for runs conceded.

Ouch. Only a few hours to pick themselves up to face Mozambique.

Good question on TMS, the percentage of ALL test match players that have got more wickets than Aggers in test matches?

I would guess (without looking) that he maybe picked up 10 across his Test appearances?

Ha. I gave him too much credit. It's 4 in 3 matches.

Without looking up any stats, I guess he played two or three tests, so maybe 5 wickets? Each test team has say 50% of the players that never bowl, so that already puts him above the halfway mark. Of the bowlers, I guess about three quarters will exceed 5 wickets in their career. So my guess is about 35% of all test match players have taken more test wickets than Agnew.

In Aggers' defence, he did get Gordon Greenidge and Viv in a single innings on his debut, so they should count double.

So he keeps telling us!
Not a bad recovery effort , but they had a rubbish half hour before luch. They could be well short.

Michael Vaughan got half as many again as Aggers. I thought Alex Stewart had a test wicket but apparently not
