Blimey, the lads are leaving the fightback very late. A pessimist would say the Ashes have gone...

Blimey, don't really know what happened in that first session, but never heard Aggers so angry (at lunch) on TMS. Said it was the worst session of cricket from us he'd ever seen, and our bowling/fielding would have shamed an exhibition match.

No idea why it was worse than most of the other sessions we've produced on this tour though. To be honest staging a fightback now is a even bigger insult - if they could, why then haven;t they bothered until now?

CBA'd to check the score and see if there is a fightback, suppose it would be nice to see Bell get some runs, so he doesn;lt cop quite as much flak as the rest will get

Tinsel Snake
I have a firm belief that a phoenix will rise fromt hese ashes!! :-) :-).

Cook shoudl remain int he team but is not captain.
Anderson i a home series bowler only.
swann is a busted flush, I put it down to his elbow injury,
bresnan likewise.
KP is not a a team man, he has his 100 tests, he can go
Stokes looks the part
As does Root.

We can make a fresh start.

Carbs, Cook, Root, Bell, Balance, Bairstow, Prior, Broad, Finn, Onions, Panesar

Not a bad side, Snakers, my dear old thing. I'd have Stokes for Prior, with Bairstow keeping (as they think he's good enough; I'm not so sure, but hey ho) and Chopra for Carberry, because a) he's a better batsman b) he plays against Div 1 bowling and c) he's younger.

Read about that young quick Tymal Mills on Sat. Clocked at 94mph, got a bit excited then came to the killer bit 'the coaches are currently getting me to reign my speed in so I can be more accurate'

Another one bites the dust, another exciting quick will disappear for 5 years while his action and run up are fucked about with and then re-emerge in 2018 as a standard low 80's mph country trundler. Depressing.
