Hubby and I managed to avoid giving it to each other when we both had it (months apart). No masks but kept apart, used separate bathroom and bedroom (fortunate to be able to do so)

My 96 year old Grandpa after so long avoiding now has COVID. I suppose it’s not a big surprise now the home restrictions have gone and numbers are high - a couple of staff and another resident are also positive. He’s “ok”- not in hospital but not great, and he was already frail so it is inevitably a worry

Oh no MN 😞.

I got a message through our offshore notification system reminding us to contact the medic if we are unwell and not just to mobilise. Similar thing.

Hope Grandpa recovers quickly MN.

18 days after first symptoms I am feeling reasonably good. I've been quite up and down and still finding I have to manage energy levels. Today I didn't do a great job of that but don't feel as terrible as I have done.

I'm into day 4. Feeling right as rain. No symptoms, although my sleeping pattern is a bit shot from keeping away for the family first thing in the morning.

Yesterday was a bit headachey in the morning, but after that, nothing at all. I had a go at an LFT, but failed that, as I expected I would.

I've been working as normal since Tuesday afternoon, albeit from home. I quite like that, wouldn't mid that bit staying, but I'm hankering to go out of the house now. I know I *legally* can, but I feel bad doing that if I'm off-work until next week.
