My sister's MiL has just tested positive. She's in her early 90s and pretty weak anyway.
No one else in the home has tested +ve, nor have any of the staff. It doesn't make sense, but she is very ill whether or not it's logical for her to have caught it :(

Perhaps a very rare false positive/sample mix up, unless she has symptoms too. It's more likely that the others in the home got a false negative to be honest depending on the test done.
