It's a blanket that was my Dad's before he met my Mum so it always makes me feel nice. It must be nearly 60 years old.

786,000 first vacinations done by 27 December. That's a lot of cancellations to do and rescheduled appointments to make.

MKUH postponing second jabs mkuh.nhs.uk So that's two lots of contacts to confuse everyone. And how are they going to find enough people to fill all those slots? |

Initially I assumed the vaccination thing was fine and all within the parameters of the usage protocol. Shocking to find they are just making it up as they go along. Someone from the relevant body was on the radio and sounded utterly unconvincing to me - he said something like, there isn't any testing but it doesn't seem likely that immunity would be completely lost on the 22nd day. Well sure, but it's still important to know how quickly it might fade and/or how this could affect the longer-term performance after 2 jabs. There's a reason why we have testing after all!

FFS. For those neighbours that have not responded the guy has been chapping on their doors to get them to join in. My wife is the one who has been contacted via Facebook and feels we can’t say no. |

Baz, maybe one of you can develop a cough (which turns out to be nothing in a day or two?)
