A little poll for players...
About 94% of all the training in the log in 2021 was from GPS watches, so I'm wondering how many active/interested Conquercise players go via the non-GPS route. I'm not going to do away with the non-GPS way of playing, so don't worry

I only ever use non-GPS methods when there's been a failure of a watch for some reason. I had to reconstruct much of mine and youngest's trip across Denmark for that reason (and still ended up missing bits out somehow).

Yes, I generally use GPS but add manual routes when I've done something without the watch, or if there's been a problem with the trace.
If I wasn't playing conquercise I might just log the distance with no route, but if it's new zones, I'll plot the route manually.

Ditto, most of my saved routes are called 'Watch dropout ddmmyy'!

I have plotted some holiday walks manually as I haven't always had an alternative, but generally it's GPS.

Same here, usually GPS but occasionally manually if a fail either in technology or user.

All my new zones are GPS, but my really old explored stuff is manual route.

I did add a missing zone on Monsal Trail manually. The GPS trace showed it, but it was in a tunnel, so no actual reading in the zone.
