That's a plus two, Fragile Do Not Bend Mr Ness and I have bother watched it this evening. Although Mr Ness thinks the beam is a scary piece of apparatus!

Fiji play 7s more like they’re playing basketball, completely different pattern and rhythm to every other team.

I always like watching the gymnastics, haven’t caught any yet.

Fiji and rugby sevens is a bit like Cuba and boxing back in the day. IE it’s the main show in town, the priority not a bit of schooling for those with potential before moving on.

Ness I find the beam slightly irritating because of all the twiddly arm stuff, I don’t see it adds anything apart from filling time. There’s a certain amount of it on the floor but it’s not so annoying when it’s to music :)
