.B. Dec 2018 10:10am, 24 Dec 2018 38,937 posts	0 .B. That sounds amazing Joopsy, I love both mushrooms and wellingtons. My Mum is making the same as last year, it was a veggie roast and I remember the bottom layer was roasted parsnips, can’t remember what else was in it, but it was very tasty.
