Stock was on for 8:30, sprouts with pancetta and shallots done, sausage meat with leeks and cider done, carrots in butter and star anise bubbling away with pigs in blankets to prep later with junior assistance. Roasties made at the weekend in the freezer, plus various other bits. I'll over cater as usual but that's Christmas for me.
