Yum, lemon curd! Will have elder daughter and her younger son on Christmas day, but they prefer eating mid afternoon, so hoping I'll get prepped a lot on Christmas eve, and have time for a Christmas day parkrun which I've usually done for many years now. Main family get together on Boxing day
