I'm not sure that HOD's mind ever rises above gutter level. Mostly it's in the sewer.

I found the chi workshop with Nick made a big difference to my running, but it takes effort to continue to put it into practice.

When you do put it into practice and it finally clicks, it's wonderful!

Good Morning:-) I've been neglecting my Fetch duties but school's back and life will slowly return to some kind of normal! Good to see Hodders hasn't changed....
ChrisHB, I am always available for you;-) My own running is going really well, thanks for asking. Training to heart rate these days and loving it.
fraserfish, It does indeed take time to put it into practise and as you found, stopping during a run to reset is a good idea. You will lose your alignment and the various focuses so until you are able to make those adjustments on the run, stop, re-align, lean (not too much!) from the ankles and go again. I suggest you work off one focus at a time and remember to put form first before distance. Ideally only run for as long as you feel you can hold your form.
How is everyone doing?
