I was always going to get a PW for the Metric today, but I had a grand day out, enjoyed running with Ness, and managed the conditions really well. The course was littered with very poorly people and a lot of the later people we watched coming in looked as if they could reasonably have hoped for a much quicker time. Not TBR, though. He was bouncing
