I've just signed up for this: https://www.runningbeefoundation.co.uk/events-calendar/anderton-boat-lift-10k/.
First race I'll have done in a very long time - any other Cheshire Fetchies fancy it?

Nice place for a run and not too far away from home, but I've got plans that weekend already so not for me.
Presume it will get pretty close to the Northwich parkrun course and maybe go around one of the Flashes?
Good luck!

Same day as the Chester half marathon, which may dilute the entry a little.

Probably can't make this one, but hoping to run a race in Cheshire, or surrounding, later this year as have relatives up there.

Same day as the Chester half marathon, which may dilute the entry a little. Oh that's a shame, I wonder if they realised... Maybe that can be my target for next year!

They say it 'starts and finishes beside the iconic Anderton Boat Lift and weaves through Marbury Country Park, Anderton Nature Park, and along the banks of the River Weaver.'

It does annoy me when a race is published without a route. Route is everything for me!
