yep getting close now, if i can get organised and ok withOH i may go for a little jog near the start later, Biastia - i'd prescribe Loperamide for a late shift (?)
a nice drizzle here in MOld - 8 or so miles from half way point

He he! Just been out for my gels and Nuun this am. Lime Nuun is so swig-able, you can tell its isotonic. Cost a fortune this running lark.

Hey Rob, do you think the NHS 2 caps of Immodium? :-P Lets see what is in on the next drugs round.

I'm hoping that there will be a couple of stalls seeling running stuff before the start - no chance of me picking up some gels before then.

running shops? maybe health food shops?

I dont use nunn but elete water or elete electolyte, you can put it in any drink and it tastes of nothing. You might find that it health food shops, I got mine online though.

There are a few other alternatives to nunn I have seen advertised, might be worth looking at those if you are despirate

Jsut remembered there was something in an email about all competitors being able to try Shotz or something like that, not sure if that is on the course or if the will have a little stand at the start. If so then they might sell them and they might have something nunnn like
