Went on a reccy for you guys whilst out cycling today.
The path was still closed but before you go panicking it looked totally different to last time I was down that way.
The Tarmac is down and it just looks like they were tidying up and planting the edges though it'll look pretty barren on that bit on Monday.
Basically even if they have to close it again to finish the little bits should be fine for you guys on Monday.
I was nagged off tho as I'd thought it would be open today and had to change my route!!

No madder than normal yet as today is last big training day.
50 miles pedalled
3 miles run
and now off for an hours swim.
Plenty of endorphins today but they'll start dwindling soon then watch out!!!

Nowt wrong with the Welsh air. I have got my passport out ready. No more running for me till Monday. Weather for the race looks as if it is going to be pretty good for race day

I can't wait to get started - kit sorted, although I can't find the stock of gels I bought a few months back - I took some out to use "as and when" but only one of them left.
