I re-homed a friend’s cat for her last year when she had terminal cancer, taking it to the new owner it howled all the way. It was a horrific experience.
He was a great wee cat, I’d have kept him myself if I’d have seen him first😀

Our two “sang” all the way to their new home too. It was quite hard concentrating on driving

Trudy and Mabel seem ok once in the carriers, a bit of “mewing” occasionally and they set each other off.
They seem a bit zonked out this evening, the vet said they might be sleepy after the jab but also they’ve had a big day, car journeys, vet trips and we let them upstairs to explore the spare rooms for an hour this afternoon which was fun!

Bonnie is another liquid clawed octopus. She is also a big girl and very strong. I hate trying to get her into her carrier. Hate it.

Bib thinks we are despicable. After the indignity of the vet trip last week we chased her and did her spot on flea treatment today. She keeps glaring at me in an accusatory manner.
Boba doesn't give a damn about being chased cos he got food afterwards. The greedy bugger.

PussPuss (officially called Smoky but as a nameless stray everyone called him PussPuss and that stuck) always disgraces himself by pooing in the carrier on the way to the vets - a drive of around 15 mins. Also great for concentration when driving with that perfume wafting around the car. He also does the octopus trick - one person holds him, the other gets the feet in.

In his later years 'Nny had developed a habit of throwing up in the carrier. Poor lamb.
