The film with Ben Affleck is now in cinemas. I did not know that it was written by Dennis Lehane who also wrote Mystic River and Shutter Island too.

beebop Jan 2017 9:37pm, 24 Jan 2017 878 posts	0 beebop I've stalled on my book of the year, and fallen back (after indulgence in much other re-reading) on Anne Bronte's Tenant of Wildfell Hall. Am shocked to hear that anyone can enjoy Villette! Charlotte is definitely my least favourite Sister.

Saw it in the cheap bookshop sale 49p hardback First edition apparently (though didn't know at the time) Had to snap it up didn't i. Don't know how it compares only got it for the talk on this thread.
