Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,

Well I've tried a small one out in the shop which was the owners bike, and much as the stem was slightly different the rest was pretty much the same, tried the Medium sized one in the shop, which I nearly bought, but thought if I got the small I have a little more of a relaxed hold as I seemed to have my hands in the position where the small frame would come up to if that makes any sense at all!!! And I am shrinking and so there will be less cushioning on my @rse and that will make my reach a bit further, I think I am on the verge of both the medium or the small. And can always put the seat up and get a slightly longer stem, but you can't take inches off.

Yous sound about the same size as me Kayano 5'7" as I often fall between the small and medium size's. I always opt for the small as you can always put the seat up and get a longer stem. Plus the small size is light and as in mountain bikes more flickable on the singletrack.

Yeah I am 5'6.5" so very little in it. that is what I thought, plus it was nearly £40 to get the small ;)(Last years model, very few differences and what there is isn't worth worrying about)

KG, good decision... I have a medium Giant and am 5'10''. I was hesitating between large and medium, as my legs are so long, but the large would have been too long in the frame for my shortish upper body, so the shop adviced medium. Also, because the frame is a sloping frame, you tend to go for slightly smaller looking frame than oridnary frame shapes. Or so I was told. As in it looks smaller than it rides :-)
