Okay - the bike in question is a Cinelli Bootleg Hoy Hoy Rats. And they are great tyres, srsly. |

Cinelli do make some 'different' and very characterful bikes at some very keen proces. And the majority of them have stupid names.

whatever tyre you choose for commuting then they will probably be better than ones fitted to a mid-range bike. I have conti's and I just hate fitting them, they are so tight to get on. mind you schawble's aren,t much better. nice frame on the cinelli but some poor gear on it and cinelli and shimano just don't go. has to be campag |

Sigh. Yep. Agree on the Cinelli/Shimano thing. I've never really had much trouble with Contis. Used Conti Top Touring for years, which shows my age, I suppose. |
