TC - yeah it was. How did you know?!
PL - I had it out for 30-odd miles on Saturday when I got it, and 20 miles yesterday. Feels good, although I fell off twice yesterday (not used to clip on pedals), and one of the falls must have banged the drop bars, because it's not a little bit wonky on the RHS

2 Flat Feet
On L to B on Sunday, I saw a couple riding a tandem. Nothing unusual there. But the back seat was rigged to be ridden backwards ie looking back the way they'd come! But pedalled normally.....
Weird!

oh my, that's a bit much to get my head around. I'd quite like one where the person on the back doesn't have to pedal....

Did a 30 TT last night. Which is twice as far as any road race I have done before. It was windy and i did 1hr 25mins 25 sec. Today I am walking like John Wayne Sorry for the delay Hammerite but I do TT's in Warwickshire. I just enter club TT's such as Coventry, Rugby Velo and Rugby RCC. You pay a couple of quid on the night.

Hi ya all, just asking I am cycling to/from work once a week. Its 11 miles each way takes me about 55 minutes on a mountain bike on a undulating course, possibly at about 65% effort, ie not flat out not slow, leggs always feel a bit wobbly when I get orf and generally hot from the effort. Question is how is this helping my running, what benifit am I getting how does it convert to miles running am I doing enough. Thanks Ps plus any other supporting answers!

4:1 ratio. 4 mile cycle = 1 mile run

Erm, seems a lot of effort for 4 miles ? Mind you saves me £6.00 petrol money everytime I use the bike
