at the risk of getting loads of replies, can anyone recomend any websites to look at good road bikes, but not megga money ones ie £500 max

Evans has a good selection on their website to give you an idea of what you can get. Usually you will just pay RRP for a 2008 model, but you may also get a bargain from them for a 2007 model. In fact this looks like a good bargain! gooutdoors.co.uk |

Rilly? Srsly? I raced an SCR3 last season (2007 model). Nothing wrong with it at all - esp for the price. Good bike. Characterless, but A Good Bike.

For the money its efficient and it works - I just didn't want to own it. More Toyota than Maserati. Depends what you want, but its efficient. I *like* efficient, as a rule - my race bike's German, for all love. The SCR3 has no sense of occasion about it - it will be ignored - which is better than ridiculed - in transition. Its fine. Honestly. |
