I need to get back into baking gluten free bread but have lost my sourdough starter... I wonder if I should try a normal loaf, with yeast...

They look good, interesting combination.

I'm late to the party for banana loaves but experimented with one tonight as I had 2 over-ripe bananas that needed using. It turned out very well and was lovely and light in texture. I'll be interested to know how it develops over the next couple of days. Most of it will be going in the freezer for now.
