I made this but using a cake tin because that’s what I’ve got... bbcgoodfood.com It was indeed brilliant and I added a few chunks of dark chocolate |

Finally got my crumble cupcakes finished for work tomorrow (after a Line of Duty break!). Usually makes these with plums and an almond drizzle, but the local shop was out of plums. Hence opted for blueberry with a lemon drizzle instead. Will find it if it was a reasonable swap tomorrow! |
