Very neat baking! Sunday was apple pie with my nemesis pastry (tricky to deal with but it's fine for a plate pie where you just need two flat circles): 8oz flour, 5oz butter, bit of icing sugar and bind with an egg. |

I did the Jane's Pattiserie recipe. janespatisserie.com I used Dr Oetker frosting, which is vegan and beat in Biscoff. Didn't top with biscuits. |

Twix baking was fun, but we cooked the caramel a bit too long so they're rather tough on the teeth and we're tricky to cut! Tasty though. |
