panad Jun 2020 8:00pm, 28 Jun 2020 1,790 posts	0 panad Taking advantage of sufficient ‘plain’ bread in the house currently to make some 100% rye bread - this one is the Borodinsky Bread from ‘Bread Matters’ - a Russian (style/influenced) 100% rye with a little coriander seeds, molasses and malt extract. I'm very pleased with the light texture (in the past I’ve tried to rush it and baked it too soon) and it’s definitely one of those bakes where if you can make it last the flavour improves as the week goes on.

Snickers cake for me today as requested for OH's birthday tomorrow - an experimental recipe based on various I found on the internet. Wish me luck.
