It got daughter's seal of approval! She has them dusted in cinnamon sugar, so I didn't glaze with egg or sprinkle salt.

Taking advantage of sufficient ‘plain’ bread in the house currently to make some 100% rye bread - this one is the Borodinsky Bread from ‘Bread Matters’ - a Russian (style/influenced) 100% rye with a little coriander seeds, molasses and malt extract. I'm very pleased with the light texture (in the past I’ve tried to rush it and baked it too soon) and it’s definitely one of those bakes where if you can make it last the flavour improves as the week goes on.

We have friends in S Germany and I really struggle to make (or find) pretzels like they have.

The Borodinsky bread:
It made a perfect tea with cheeses, and some horseradish and pickled beetroot!

I resisted Linds. One for another day.
Impressive spread lf.
That looks like a nice light rye panad.
Snickers cake for me today as requested for OH's birthday tomorrow - an experimental recipe based on various I found on the internet. Wish me luck.
