Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

What a fab resource that website is, Mandy. Thank you :)

I will be giving the raspberry rolls a go as soon as I get some yogurt!

They look lovely. On the way to making an afternoon tea to go with a zoom theatre thing we have tickets for tomorrow. Mini quiche and mini veggie pasty with curry filling made. Sourdough bread for sandwiches proving overnight. Will also make cheese scones, cherry scones, a cake of some sort and some fruit compote and yoghurt concoction in Turkish tea glasses for my no refined sugar eating sis in law. We have bubbles too. Pic tomorrow when all made.

They were very light and fluffy. Really nice - daughter used the same recipe and made them more like flat bread

They look great Mandy. I have natural or soya yoghurt rather than Greek but don't see why that wouldn't work. I do struggle a bit baking with cup measurements though I may overcome that for an attempt at the one serving cinnamon roll!

Sounds lovely lf - you're going to be busy.
