We'd still got some Orange Drizzle from last week so I use that instead of breadcrumbs. All was well until the meringue topping expanded so much that it hit the oven rack above it - despite there being a sizeable gap to start with. When I pulled the pudding out of the oven, half the meringue stayed attached to the rack so I had a bit of rebuilding to do and it wasn't worthy of a photo. It tasted ok thought

I also made a honey wheat loaf, but it was pretty much gone before I remembered to take a photo. More successful than last week's dense brick of wholemeal.
