I don't think my tiffin is that sweet - with half and half good quality dark/milk chocolate and dried fruit rather than more chopped up chocolate - it definitely can be if you want it to though!

I didn't count it as baking jacdaw - making but not baking though Linds is correct and it most definitely results in cake :-)

I have taken to baking blondies in my quarantine period. I have become obsessed with putting different things in/on them now and am sure to be gaining several lbs per day.

The last batch had miniature peanut butter cups in and salted caramel pretzels on top.
