The sourdough tasted fine but how do I get it not so flat?! The dough rose fine overnight but then sank as soon as I shaped it. It’ll still get eaten mind you

Not cheating RH. I would also use my ancient kenwood with the dough hook. I actually don’t like the feel of dough especially it’s sticky.

Not to make dough. That would get very sticky. I mean it’s not cheating to use a machine to do human work. Unless you enjoy it or need the exercise
