Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

^ An embarrassment of viewing jewels! Cliff's voice holds up well - but the sight of the champions brought back nearly 60 years of watching tennis at Wimbledon for me.

Did the show the bit on tv where Tsitsipas moved his towel stand away from Kyrgios’s? It was quite pointed, rather than just flipping K’s towel back into the stand.

Today in BBC Commentary Bollocks, praise for Cam Norrie's speed between points "you have to play to the server's pace".

And yet Kyrgios yesterday was being castigated for the same thing.

That aside, good match so far.

Norris playing well. He certainly deserves that QF place.

Just Goffin, Djokovic, then Nadal to go ;)

Shame there's no ranking points on offer, he (and the other Brits) could have done well out of this week's exploits.

Some fab matches. The strength and accuracy, and deft touches, are amazing. :-) G

they shut it really early yesterday and played the whole of the match under the roof. I guess it stops a mid match interruption.

I was surprised they shut it before the start, but it was clear they’d need it even for three fairly quick sets

Looking forward to going tomorrow. Probably just stay on either court 3 or 12. Ostapenko is in doubles on both which could get feisty if it goes against her.
