I've left jeans n t-shirt (Friday is dress down!), suit, shoes, toiletries at work (just on a normal coat stand with everything in a carrier back hooked over suit hanger). Each day for cycle, I bring: towel, undies, lunch, wallet, watch, phone, badges, keys (what do you call all those things? Hand bag contents?!)
For run, I won't bring my lunch (together with handbag contents, it's probably heaviest thing!) and I think I'll get micro towel and undies in bum bag, or very small rucksack (e.g. Deuter). I shall report back tomorrow! :-)G

6.1 miles each way, so a decent mileage. Not doing that every day though! Cycling 3 days, running 1 sounds fine. :-)G

I bring a towel in on cycle days & leave it. Run with clothes, breakfast & lunch.

I run to work all the time, but I have to wear NHS theatre style scrubs so don't have to worry about clothes. I just carry some clean pants and my wallet and phone.
Sometimes I forget the pants though. *spreads legs and feels the breeze*

Well, this am worked fine. Was 7 miles, not 6 (canal rather than the road route I took by bike, which was nice, but a bit longer). Bum bag comfy, no probs, rain jacket, hat gloves, then removed as inevitably felt warmer after an hour! Changing worked fine. However, running gear considerably sweatier than cycling gear and not sure if having bits hanging around office would cause offence. Luckily, the person I share a room with at the mo is on hols, so not so much of a prob.
What one needs is some very clever bag, that you can hang your clothes in to dry, which lets out moisture but not smells. THink that's impossible though. Or it's called a washing machine and tumble dryer, which surprisingly our office does *not* provide! :-)G

I hang my stuff on hooks in the ladies loos... much to the disgust of some of the more delicate ladies. It's better than hanging my sweaty undies on the back of my chair though

Maybe they'll let you hang your stuff in the ladies' loos too, HappyG?

Or Wine Legs could put her undies on the back of my chair?
I was hoping someone was going to post a link to Wiggle or somewhere that sold a "Cyclists Wet Clothes Magic Hanging Bag - let's moisure out but keeps smells in!"
Actually, just googled a couple of sites - Tips: a stick on hook under your desk to hang wet stuff (Stumpy said that already, I think). A fan to help things dry more quickly. Febreze or other anti bacterial, will stop odour building up (due to bacteria). :-)G

I've brought an extra t-shirt sants - but what to do with the wet stuff? If I just stuff it in a bag, it's minging by end of day (for me when I get home and open it, even if it's undetectable to anyone in office.)
What it comes down to is I can't leave wet or dirty stuff anywhere communal (changing room, loos, shower etc. as they are shared by hundreds of people). We don't have communal lockers. So it's around the desk area I'm sitting at, or burn/bin it! And I'm not quite ready for disposable running/cycling wear yet. Maybe someone should invent something?! :-)G
