Have you tried playing Crash Bandicoot recently? I bought the remastered games - ahh, it was the most frustrating experience, like it wanted me to fail.

Cheg’s list was great. I’d completely forgotten Time Crisis.
Arcades/pubs then. A list to get us going.
Golden Tee Galaxians Mr Do [used to drive from Farnborough to Chievely services after work to play this] Gauntlet Sega Rally Dance Dance Evolution
Cruisin’ World [City of London Yeoman by Fenchurch St] Asteroids

Time crisis at home with your own gun. It was like the arcades. I couldn’t stop myself ducking and weaving.

New month (or season, it’s not quite exactly aligned to months) is an altogether bigger deal with Gwent than it is in Hearthstone.
To get back on the main ladders you need to grind 25 games with four factions. So at some point I need to reacquaint myself with my Northern Realms deck.
Right now I’m doing my duty with my number two deck (monsters fruits of ysgith) and having much fun.
A stable meta that isn’t transparently broken helps…

I was wondering why it had gone mad in here. You lot love a list.
Sooo, if you could just put your energies into categorising and then I'll add them to the side bar.
Driving games
Role playing adventures
Sports (inc sports management)
Platform
First person shooter
Umm, I dunno, you know the categories better than me...
You can dispense with those card ones, don't get those at all!
And also, if you can list the device (PC, PSx, XboxN, etc. pls) Oh, and approximate year for PC games to judge how modern your gaming kit needs to be to cope - or just put PC high end, mid etc.) THansk. G

RPG: Morrowind (PC low) Skyrim (PC mid) - It was a beast when it first came out, I could only play it on OH's PC for ages Baldur's Gate 2 (PC low)
Sim/management: Theme Hospital (PC low (original version), PC mid (new version)) Jurassic World (PC mid-high) Pharaoh (PC low)
Uncategorised: This War of Mine (PC low or tablet?)
Puzzle: Russian Tetris (anything?)
Platform(?): Treasure Island (PC with spec simulator?)
Driving: Wipeout (console (original PS?))

We love lists? If we were true nerds we would be comparing spreadsheets.

Trouble with lists is the implication that you can rank Hearthstone against Gwent.
Which is like ranking Mousetrap against Scrabble.
I’ve given that analogy some thought, and it’s the best I can manage.
Okay then.
1. Gwent 2. Hearthstone 3. Legends of Runeterra 4. Magic the Gathering: Arena
I’ve played most of the rest and they seem to be universally very poor in comparison. Very very poor.
