Totally loving Marvel Champions at the moment. Having a solo game during these difficult times is great.

If anyone else has Wingspan (PC) I'd be up for giving you a game sometime. Ditto for Scythe (which is also an excellent port).

I don't, although I'm currently playing No Man's Sky on the PS4.

No Man's Sky is ace. I've been playing it in VR, amazing experience. First night I played it I thought I'd been playing a couple of hours, pulled up.the visor and it was 5am...

I've left it and come back several times. Quite liking the update now I'm used to it.

It keeps telling me to get on with the story, but I've got all this navigational data so I've been exploring my "home" planet of Esinrihit.

I'm sure I'll get on with it eventually...

I've mostly been ignoring the story so far. I will do it. As soon as I find the last creature on this planet...

Hi,
Anyone like the game sequence? My in-laws love it and thinking of trying to get something else for them that pushes the same buttons for Xmas?

Pandemic - not sure if to get that for the wife and I or my folks, it is hard to get into / follow the rules?

Any other simple but fun games that could be appropriate for a couple in their 70's (my folks).

I love Ticket to Ride, aside from the other Ticket to Ride games are there any others that are similar?

Christmas shopping....the fun. I certainly want to get 3 new board games, one for the wife and I and one each for both sets of folks.

Any thoughts would be very welcome. I love games like Risk, but no one else in my family does. Grrrrrr

Pandemic has a lot going on - lots of things to keep in your mind - that being said I've only ever played it with people who are learning, or housemate (who simply doesn't get it, as he's a bit dense, and doesn't care) If your in-laws like involved co-op games, it's decent, though.

Not sure about what to advise, but I've a real soft spot for Azul which is simple to learn, quick to play, and works well for 2-4 players. Also Railroad Ink I would find good value if I had people to play against regularly (can also work 1-player)

I'm sure other more experienced Euro-game gamers will be along shortly with other/better suggestions.
