Missed yesterday, little longer today in drizzle. I use Runkeeper app on phone to measure time & distance then manually enter here - can't be bothered with the Garmin faff at work. |

Garmin all the way. I took Mad Dog Jess out for 2 miles down the streetlight-less lane; it tested out my new chest torch brilliantly. I could see her all teh time, even when she nearly dived into a dyke to get a drink.

6 miles on Saturday. Someone from work told me they saw me twice going out and back again. They live miles away so no idea why they were in my neck of the woods!
