I’m starting to take lunchtime walks and log them on Fetch. Some days, like today, I will only get 20 minutes so it’ll only be about a mile but that’ll soon add up.

Just over 3 miles again today. Sat in the car a long time before I motivated myself to get started, so in the dark, but done.

Ooh, I don't know how I missed this thread. I'll be back on the walking when I'm feeling a bit better.

I think walking may become a bigger and bigger part of my weekly exercise for the foreseeable future...usually manage 2 to 4 miles daily. Will increase that over time, plus a decent hike weekends.

3 after Parked the car in the drive and went immediately without even going in the house. It was so windy I thought, if I went in, I might not come out again.

It'll encourage me to walk either to or from work (2.5km each way) to log it, so I do.

I don't have time to wait for my Garmin to function as a GPS each morning, so I'm manually inputting my walks to and from the train station. It soon adds up :-)
