While the year in general can bugger right off, my running has taken a bit of an uptick this year. I have an end of year blog ready to go when my 2024 running mileage is complete. See you all later!

Awful shift last night - was called in early and left late and there were 14 hours of being insanely busy between the two. No more running for me until next year.

Despite not doing much over Christmas week between a cold and family time, December has been my best running month of an unimpressive year.
