Morning! I'm creaking like the creakiest person in Creaky Town after yesterday's PT session :-) Those Bulgarian split squats have really woken up my glutes :-0

I don't feel like parkrun but will walk the dog then go for a run from home. It's time to get my illuminated deer out in the garden ready for the start of Advent, too. :-)

@Papa Whiskey and I were in danger of missing the 100 miles each month target, so went out horribly early this morning and did ten miles before parkrun.

Tired and creaky now.
