And as I reach 50 in August I’ve set myself a challenge of running at least 1 5k, 1 10k and 1 half every month throughout next year.
I’d always wanted to run a full marathon before I hit 40 and managed 3 but I don’t think I could do the training that I did 10 years ago to run another

I'll be 50 in September @honestmackem and am thinking about doing something running wise to mark the occasion. Not sure it will be quite as much as you're planning (although I will do many parkruns hopefully!)
