Enjoy Singapore and USA and Iceland and anywhere else you may be - we'll all hold the fort in the UK for the rest of you moon.

Tonight's run was a Garmin plan - 5 min warm up, 20 mins easy, 10 mins hard, 5 min cool down. Happy with my effort as my legs are a bit ouch from last night's track. I have to pop into the studio in a bit to do a bit of prep for tomorrow - I'm doing a print workshop for a guy's 60th birthday party! Will be fun, a wide range of ages. :-)
