Ran for 6km with no stopping 😊 and walked a total of 9km (some before and some after running) to keep my walk the sum efforts going

Healing vibes for all those with niggles.
I am able to swim quite well, but no tumbleturns. I took mountain bike out for a very cautious 5k around town and don't seem to be worse. It is amazing how many bumps, kerbs and potholes there are now I am meant to avoid them. I don't think it will be my go-to mode of transport for a little while yet.
